OUTART project aims to provide disadvantaged or disabled youth and youth workers with new tools and skills for expression and personal development.

To achieve this, OUTART set up the following objectives:

• Learning and exploring alternative methods of communication using photography.
  
  
• Creating an environment for youth expression and reflection that encourages interactive communication.
  
  
• Empowering and giving visibility to young people with fewer opportunities.
